A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS:

During the COVID19 pandemic, the Jim Falk Automotive Group's paramount concern is for the safety and welfare of both our customers and employees.  While our Sales, Service, Parts, and Body Shop remain open to serve our customers' needs, we are taking a number of precautionary steps to ensure that our guests and employees remain safe in accordance with Federal, State, and County orders and recommendations.  

While our stores are open to meet our customers' needs in this unprecedented outbreak, we ask that customers contact our stores to make appointments whenever possible.  We have posted advertisements at our dealerships regarding the steps that we have taken to comply with CDC recommendations for social distancing and industrial hygiene.  We are disinfecting surfaces throughout our dealerships throughout the day and have shortened working hours.  All of our employees have been specifically instructed as to safe compliance practices and posted reminders of procedures are posted throughout the dealership as well.  All employees have been instructed to remain at home if they have any symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with symptoms.  We ask our customers to similarly refrain from coming to the dealerships if you are exhibiting symptoms or suspect exposure to COVID19.   

To the extent possible, should you need to return a lease vehicle, or purchase a vehicle at this time, we encourage our customers to contact us and we can accomplish most of the transaction on-line and over the phone.  We can also make arrangements to pick up your vehicle or drop your purchase off to you.  

We ask that if you have traveled outside of Hawaii within the last 14 days that you contact us before coming to the stores for either service or sales as we need to comply with Governor Ige's mandatory 14-day quarantine rules for such travelers.  We assure you that we will be able to comply with the guidelines and meet your sales or service needs.  

Together, by following the commonsense guidelines set forth by the CDC and State Department of Health, we will put this pandemic in the rearview mirror soon and get back to our wonderful island lifestyle.  During the interim, we remain ready to continue to serve our customers with their sales and service needs.
