Sales Representatives

Job Description: Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative for Jim Falk Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep , Ram you will interact and consult purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. No sales experience needed. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefits to our customer. 
  • Present vehicles attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers. 
  • Facilitate customers test drives. 
  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
  • Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement and closing sales.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. 
  • Attend product and training courses.
  • Build and maintain current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions
  • Prepare vehicles for customer pickup.
Qualification
  • Team Player focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Possess and acceptable driving record and valid driver's license in the state of Hawaii

Product Specialist

Job Description:

As a Product Specialist you will work on a team with five or six other specialists, reporting to an assigned Sales Manager. You will play a huge role in helping us demonstrate vehicles, and create and retain client relationships. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for greeting customers, identifying their needs, demonstrating vehicles, taking clients for test drives, and providing them with competitive comparisons.


Requirements:

• Upbeat personality

• Able to work five days / 40 hours (approx.) a week 
• Career minded and with strong long term goals
• Energetic is a plus
